Highland Park Illinois Community Land Trust (HPICLT) is a nonprofit housing developer committed to preserving, maintaining, and developing affordable housing of high quality to further the community’s commitment to cultural and economic diversity. Our work helps bridge the gap between the increasingly high cost of homes and the incomes of many people who live and work here — school teachers, police officers, nurses, housekeepers, and many other homebuyers who provide the basic services of our community. 

Founded in 2003, HPICLT was the first community land trust in Illinois, and remains at the forefront of perpetually affordable housing.  HPICLT is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation. We invite you to learn more about the organization and get involved.
